Oppen Studio ("we", "us") designs and builds websites for small businesses in the United States. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

What the form collects and why

When you request a free homepage preview, we collect your first name, business name, city and state, current website or Instagram (optional), email, mobile phone number, your preferred contact method, and whether you agreed to receive text messages. We also record the page variant you visited and campaign parameters (such as utm_source) to understand how you found us.

We use this information only to prepare your preview, contact you about it, and manage your project if you become a client.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box, we may send you text messages about your website preview and project. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
